- To make hot mulled cider, add brown sugar to apple cider in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Then stir slowly until all the sugar dissolves.
- To get a wonderful taste and aroma, add nutmeg, allspice lemon juice, orange peel, cinnamon, cloves and simmer for a while.
- Strain out the spices and then pour into your favorite mug.
- Add a cinnamon stick and voila, your hot mulled cider is ready!
- You can also make it fancy by adding rum into your drink, you’ll love the flavor!
