Yet again another year swings past and as you sit there reminiscing on the previous year and all you have achieved thought of the New Year come to mind.. The new events, opportunities and most important the new style of cooking that will come into play. The new techniques or culinary ingredients that will be re tweeted on twitter and FB.
We are developing our style too, over the next couple of weeks before the spring surge of events we are scrubbing down the grill and trialing new ideas and styles to throw onto that beautiful bbq of ours.
Hampshire Caterers
We are hoping for a bumper year of weddings, events and more smiling customers than last year as the feeling that you get from filling a hungry adult is not something that can ever be replaced.
As we look into 2016 we are also partnering up with some of Portsmouth’s newest companies including The Southsea Brewing Company (http://www.southseabrewing.co.uk/) a new craft beer company by my friend David Eastwood whom has outgrown his home brewery and moved to new premises in the Castle in Southsea Seafront.
Another great business that a friend started in 2015 was Liam Coleman of Spice Island Chilli (https://www.facebook.com/spiceislandchilli) the best chilli i have had for years and a product that should be in everyone’s fridge.
So January 2016 we are attending many of Portsmouth Wedding Fayre’s to promote our wedding catering and event catering and we are hoping to see you beautiful people around in 2016.
